This is in subversion and will be 0.95, like so:

SCALE myscale 0 10 255 255 255 quiet.png
SCALE myscale 10 50 255 255 255 255 0 0 average.png
SCALE myscale 50 85 255 0 0 255 255 0 busy.png
SCALE myscale 85 100 255 255 0 0 255 0 really_full.png

The text after the colour can contain spaces, and will end up in
{node:this:inscaletag} and {node:this:outscaletag} (or link of course).

It makes selecting icons based on a value a little bit cleaner too,
which is what I have been playing with it for.
